The system of the Coaching Conversation provides a structure for every coaching session. The steps of the coaching conversation include

Core Coaching
Skills
The core skills covered in the workshop represent the critical competencies of being a manager/leader coach.
Mastering the skills and technology of coaching provides
• replicable method of interacting with individuals and teams, and • enables the manager or leader to develop a personal style of coaching.

PCSI®
Managers and leaders have a distinct advantage when they quickly recognize the style with which people represent themselves in conversation and context.
The PCSI® was developed as a tool to use as an effective means for

It serves as a snapshot for understanding the person being coached.
